Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Orders: Spedeworth Fabrications takes great pains to ensure that information supplied to the customer by way of description and/or illustration is accurate. It does however remain the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the goods.

Data & Privacy: The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. Under no circumstances will this information be passed to a third party.

Supply: You must check the acknowledgement email for accuracy and report immediately if any item is not as originally ordered.

We undertake to supply you with the goods described on our website or in our brochure. Most of our products are available for immediate despatch however if you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement on the telephone 01252 322 934.

VAT: All prices exclude VAT which is charged at the rate prevailing at the time of despatch.

Payment: When you place your order either online or by telephone we take full payment for the goods and delivery charge. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. We also accept cheques for orders over the telephone, however cheques must clear the bank before the order is despatched. This will add a minimum of five working days to your delivery date. Please make your cheque payable to Spedeworth Fabrications Ltd and send it to Spedeworth Fabrications, Spedeworth House, Hollybush Industrial Park, Hollybush Lane, Aldershot, GU11 2PX.

Guarantee: All items have a full manufacturerís warranty which is one year unless otherwise stated (subject to normal use). This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act relating to faulty or mis-described goods.

Delivery: We are sure you recognise that we do rely on third parties such as Royal Mail's postal service and Initial City Link (or other suitable carrier for overseas deliveries) to deliver the goods. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously and rarely have complaints, however where goods have not arrived by the specified time due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to get replacement goods to you as soon as possible.

Faults/Damages: In order to assist you, we recommend that you report any damage, faults, shortages or incorrect goods as quickly as possible by telephoning 01252 322 920. If there is a subsequent problem with the goods, please contact us and we will deal with matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Cancellations and Returns: You may cancel your order within seven working days from the day after you have received your goods. To do this please write to us at Spedeworth Fabrications, Spedeworth House, Hollybush Industrial Park, Hollybush Lane, Aldershot, GU11 2PX or email us on and return the goods at your earliest convenience. You must pay for the cost of returning the goods. As a customer you have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. Unfortunately we are not able to accept cancellations for specially ordered items (to a customerís tailored specifications) outside our standard product range.

Where goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect or because of an unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

Refunds: Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification, by the same method used for the purchase.

Age requirements for specific goods: Where you place an order for age-restricted goods such as solvents, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and delivery will be accepted by a person over the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we reasonably believe you are not legally entitled to order certain goods.

Complaints: We take complaints very seriously. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and provide a timescale for resolving the dispute. We will always keep you informed of progress.
